Please contact us before you sending items back, and we don’t accept returns without contacting us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the real color of items is exactly the same as shown on photos.
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy below carefully. We refuse return the items without any quality or size problems
1). You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer`s responsibility.it is buyer`s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
4). Just quality problems or size mistake ,we accept returning.
5).If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, except it's a customized dress or promotional dress, you can also get the refund if the products are returned within 3 days with original tag and package. Only you are required to pay 15% restocking fee and the two ways shipping cost.
6).As for custom made size and color ,we will not accept return .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. That is if you find the gown do not fit quite well, you can first turn to the local tailor for the adjustment, which is easier and more convenient.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
